RISE Standards Pty Ltd (RISE) was incorporated as the vehicle which extended the already successful Accountant’s Business Development Agreement business started by Guy Thompson and his father Max, as part of their successful Brougham & Vaux financial planning practices in Adelaide and Perth.
As another option to the Accountant’s Business Development Agreement, the RISE model provides Accountants with an immediate opportunity to become an Authorised Representative, providing advice in the areas of SMSFs and Super. Accountants who have appropriate experience, qualifications and the client demand can provide strategic advice on superannuation strategies.
While this solution provides Accountants with the ability to offer an integrated Accounting AND Financial Services package to their customers immediately, it takes on a new dimension when considered in the light of legislative changes.
Drawing on the experience of the existing Accountants’ Business Development Agreement model, and more recently the early adopters of the Authorised Representative option, RISE offers a development program that facilitates Accountants’ transition, to confidently and legally provide advice and meet legislation requirements relatively simply.
Our team has grown to include dedicated Account Managers who specialise in support, training and development specifically for Accountants. This enables our Authorised Representatives to receive one constant point of contact for utmost efficiency.
RISE Standards recognises the need to provide a tailored approach in dealing with our Authorised Representatives. Dedicated Account Managers familiarise themselves with Authorised Representatives in order to establish knowledge of their individual culture, client base, how much involvement they desire and tailor a solution to suit.
As a client centric organisation, relationships are very important to RISE Standards and our Account Managers are carefully selected to encompass our core values of trust and integrity.
